    Sustainable and Safe

    Three Pancras Square is a Grade A office building located at the corner of King’s Boulevard and Goods Way. The building is part of a two million sq ft cluster of 12 office buildings south of the Canal, with six tube lines, two mainline stations and Eurostar within a two-minute walk.

    The building was designed by Porphyrios Associates – the practice that jointly created the King’s Cross masterplan. With stunning views across the canal to Granary Square and to St Pancras Clock Tower, the building offers approximately 158,000 sq ft of office space over 10 floors.

    As with all the office buildings at King’s Cross, the very latest technology was employed in reducing the running costs for the occupiers and to minimize environmental impact, with the building linked to the site-wide district heating network. As a result, the building has met the BREEAM standard ‘Excellent’.

    The team at INTRAsystems, does its best to support sustainability goals by following a sustainability cycle that aims to care for the environment, from raw material sourcing through to regeneration. We use 100% recycled aluminium and 100% Econyl regenerated nylon fibre in many of our flooring products.

We worked with the architect in choosing a design that would blend with the character of the building and offer superior performance.

    Using a Bronze Anodised frame coupled with Black rubber and Black 608 INTRAlux Elite inserts, the entrance matting system creates a perfect barrier against the ingress of dirt and moisture. The combination of inserts offers superior moisture absorption, excellent environmental credentials and acoustic properties with exceptional durability, resulting in an installation that provides stunning aesthetics and excellent performance whilst supporting the client’s sustainability goals.
