24-25 Grosvenor Street in Mayfair offers 14,000 sq ft of high-quality office space over basement, ground and five upper floors.

Having been completely reconstructed behind its imposing double fronted period façade in the 1980’s, the building underwent a major back-to-frame refurbishment in 2018 to modernise the space.

Using pale ceramic flooring, wall panelling and feature lighting as well as a bespoke reception desk, the architect has created a bright, contemporary reception space to welcome residents and clients to the prestigious address.

With two entrances to work with, the contractor needed a high-quality entrance matting system that would befit its location, whilst also providing superior performance from a relatively small area of matting.

Two bespoke entrance designs were created to complement the aesthetics using bespoke INTRAdisc bronze capsules and INTRAform Double Module cut directly into the ceramic flooring.

The precise manufacture and installation create a clean, sharp finish to provide a strong visual statement that perfectly aligns with the interior design concept.

The INTRAlux Elite inserts used at the main entrance carry a Class 33 wear rating and feature a superior tuft count to create a durable and effective entrance matting system, despite the small area.

INTRAdisc is available in both bronze and aluminium milled finish and a range of disc sizes to meet your design needs. They are available with or without flange. Each disc is CNC machined from the highest quality materials and precision finished for an exact fit.
