    A Scent-sational Entrance

    With 215 stores across the UK and Ireland, The Perfume Shop is the UK’s largest fragrance retailer. To meet the requirements of its varied store formats, INTRAsystems was chosen as an approved supplier because of our flexible range of hard-wearing Entrance Matting systems.

    This Bury St Edmund’s project was part of a nationwide refurbishment programme. In the heart of the town’s pedestrian shopping district, the shop has a small matwell which is exposed to the rain, snow, ice and dirt year-round. They needed a tough, low-maintenance and attractive Entrance Mat.

    One Year Later and Still Looking Sharp

    Another product hero for retail, the INTRAlux Elite fibres they chose in Coco 604 perfectly echo the natural wood around the store, tying the whole design scheme together and looking good for years to come. This is proven in the photography which was done a whole year after install and it looks box-fresh.

    The Bury St Edmund’s store has a shallow matwell, so the INTRAform DM Low Profile system is an ideal choice with a 12mm depth and a ramped frame. INTRAform DM has extra wide fibre sections to absorb more rain and moisture. And thanks to its closed construction, it’s still easy to clean with regular vacuuming, and maintain.
